By accessing or using StubFast (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. StubFast is operated by StubFast LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

StubFast provides an online tool for generating pay stub documents for personal record-keeping, income verification, and similar lawful purposes. The Service is intended for use by employees, contractors, freelancers, and self-employed individuals who need to document their own income.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You MAY use the Service to:

Generate pay stubs documenting your own legitimate income
Create income verification documents for rental, loan, or visa applications based on your actual earnings
Generate contractor or freelancer income statements for your own projects
Keep personal payroll records as a self-employed individual

You MAY NOT use the Service to:

Create false or fraudulent income documentation
Misrepresent your income on loan, rental, or government applications
Generate pay stubs for individuals other than yourself without their explicit consent
Commit bank fraud, mortgage fraud, or any form of financial fraud
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws

Important Disclaimer: StubFast generates documents for informational and personal record-keeping purposes. These documents are not official payroll documents issued by an employer. Submitting falsified income documents to lenders, landlords, or government agencies may constitute fraud, which is a criminal offense. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

4. Payment and Refunds

Access to clean (watermark-free) PDF pay stubs requires payment. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refund Policy: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Contact support@stubfast.com to request a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Monthly Unlimited, Annual Unlimited) automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

6. Accuracy of Tax Calculations

Our tax calculations are based on IRS 2024 Publication 15-T and publicly available state tax rate tables. While we strive for accuracy, these calculations are estimates for general guidance only. Individual tax situations vary based on deductions, credits, additional income sources, and other factors. StubFast is not a tax advisor, CPA, or payroll service. For definitive payroll or tax advice, consult a licensed professional.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by StubFast LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PDFs you generate using your own data belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StubFast LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of income, loss of data, fraudulent misuse, or decisions made based on documents generated by the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, or in state or federal courts in Delaware if arbitration is unavailable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
