I need a refund

Can I edit a stub after generating it?

Yes — go to your dashboard, find the stub, and click Duplicate. This creates an editable copy with all the same information pre-filled, which you can modify and regenerate.

I'm a landlord — how do I verify a stub?

Visit stubfast.com/verify and enter the verification ID printed on the stub, or scan the QR code with your phone camera. Paid stubs show green ✓ Authentic; free preview stubs show a yellow warning.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your dashboard, go to Account Settings, and click Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
